This is my second Tub and this time around I am more in love than the last! To me, her Flat six singing to me through her Supertrapps is symphonic and her visceral performance is out of this world! That said, the set up might not be for everyone but, I am smitten. She is a package that I have always lusted after so, in a small way AVA is my dream come true…….

So, a little more about AVA; she is not your Average Speedster.  She is a replica Porsche 356 Roadster GS or Convertible D or known as Speedster D to some.  Setting her apart is her partial flare and her 2.7 RS Spec 911 engine. She was built with a partial tube frame, a Porsche 911 rear suspension, Porsche 911 Disk Breaks and a Porsche 901 transmission but since she was first built I had a lot of custom body and trim work done.

A recent refit has turned the car into a full on 356 Outlaw. 356 Outlaw features include: Porsche 550 Spyder Mirrors, Leather Bonnet Straps, Original Series Porsche Fuchs,  Lemans Style Auxiliary Lamps, and all out Louis Vuitton Interior modifications that include Louis Vuitton Seats with LV Seat Trim.

Several years ago when I spoke to the folks at Intermeccanica, I was told fewer than 30 were built, so this is a pretty rare car that I have been grateful to build and modify to my liking. And she is a keeper…
